Our rugs come from a range of major retailers and brands. Every rug is professionally inspected before being offered for sale.

Question 2

Where are you located and where is pickup?

Accepted Answer

Modohaus is a North American retailer. Free local pickup is available at each rug's listed fulfillment location, shown on the product page. For privacy, the exact address is shared after your order is confirmed.

Question 3

Do you ship?

Accepted Answer

Yes. U.S.: free standard shipping on eligible rugs. Canada: shipping is calculated at checkout. Free local pickup is also available at each rug's listed fulfillment location.

Question 4

How much can I save compared to retail?

Accepted Answer

Most of our rugs are priced 40 to 60 percent below typical retail on premium brands, reflecting genuine outlet value.

Question 5

How often do new rugs arrive?

Accepted Answer

New inventory arrives weekly. Stock is limited, so popular rugs often sell quickly.

Your rug should sit under the front legs of your sofa at minimum. An 8x10 anchors most living rooms; 9x12 suits large open-concept rooms; a 5x7 works in condos and apartments.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through secure Stripe checkout. All orders are paid online before pickup or delivery.
